01How does the opening pause work?+

Bspace works with an Apple Shortcuts personal automation. When a supported app opens, the automation brings up Bspace for a short breathing pause. After the pause, you can continue to the app or cancel.

02Why does Bspace need Screen Time permission?+

Screen Time permission lets Bspace show usage reminders, apply daily limits, and display activity summaries for the apps, categories, or websites you choose. Apple keeps Screen Time selections private by representing them with opaque tokens.

03Does Bspace see what I do inside other apps?+

No. Bspace does not read your messages, posts, searches, browsing content, passwords, or anything you type inside another app.

04Where is my Screen Time data stored?+

Bspace stores settings, selected app tokens, and activity counters locally on your device and, where needed for its extensions, in the app’s Apple App Group. This data is not sent to our servers.

05Why do I need to set up a Shortcuts automation?+

iOS requires a personal automation to trigger the opening pause at the moment a supported app launches. Bspace includes a step-by-step setup guide inside the app.

06How do I manage or cancel my subscription?+

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. You can also use the Manage Subscription option inside Bspace settings.

07How do I restore a purchase?+

Open Bspace, go to Settings, and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
