Your use of Breathing Space is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the additional information below. If the terms below conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA, Apple’s Standard EULA controls.

Purpose of the App

Breathing Space is a digital well-being tool that helps people use selected apps and websites more intentionally. It offers Screen Time reminders, daily limits, work and sleep schedules, breathing pauses before temporary access, and on-device activity summaries.

Breathing Space is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not rely on the app as a substitute for professional health care.

Screen Time

Core features depend on Apple’s Screen Time frameworks, system permissions, and supported versions of iOS. Apple may change the availability or behavior of these technologies. You are responsible for choosing the apps, websites, categories, limits, and schedules you configure.

Subscriptions

Breathing Space may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock Pro features. Prices, billing periods, and trial details are shown in the App Store purchase interface before you confirm a purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.

Acceptable Use

You may not attempt to reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it, interfere with its operation, use it unlawfully, or violate Apple’s platform terms.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, subscription offerings, or support for particular operating system versions. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely or work with every third-party app.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Breathing Space is provided “as is” and “as available.” Limitations of liability and warranty disclaimers in Apple’s Standard EULA apply.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy describes how we handle information from the app.
